MoonSays · Delete your data

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This page explains how to delete the data linked to MoonSays, the Android app by Grio Works. MoonSays has no accounts: there's no username, password or email login to close. Your birth details, name and chart never leave your phone in the first place.

Delete it in the app

1. Open MoonSays and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete my data, then Delete.

This deletes, right away:

Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on your phone.

Deleting your data doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Ask us by email

If you can't use the app anymore, for example because you uninstalled it, email info@grio.works with the subject "Delete my data". If you still have it, include your Support ID from the Me tab, so we can find anything linked to it. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.
